Does your karate form look like this?

Truth and The Master Instructor Martial Arts Course!

Is the Master Instructor Martial Arts Course for Real?

Got a letter recently about the Master Instructor Martial Arts Course
from a fellow who objected
to my claim that
the Master Instructor Course
is the only course of its kind,
it is the only course that teaches how to teach.
I can understand his objections.
I’m sort of surprised
I haven’t got other objections of this sort.
After all,
the world is filled with people who teach,
institutions who make teachers,
and that sort of thing.
But,
my claim holds,
and let me tell you why.

Master Instructors Rule!

One of the things I say about matrixing

is that the martial arts have had a long time
to get screwed up.
Everybody adds stuff,
twists stuff,
mixes stuff,
has vested interest runs a tournament makes money and so on.
Don’t you think that the same holds true for education?
Did you like school?
A lot of people didn’t,
and this is in spite of well meaning teachers with…
too many tools.
Look,
teaching is simple.
But the world would have it be complex.
So the government runs education,
educators have exalted opinions,
book companies want to make money
and the result is educational systems
that are top heavy
bulky
unwieldy
take too long to get a diploma
and so on.
I know this is true
because I was a teacher once.
Ran a school with my wife.
To continue,
I was doing work for an architect once,
I saw him working late
every night
and I asked him,
‘Why don’t you hire
some smart guy out of school
to come in and do that work.’
He told me he couldn’t.
He said,
‘these young smart guys know everything
except how the world works.’
He told me of the time he built a school,
had a young guy inspect the property
so they could lay out the football field.
He was overwhelmed with reports and plans and rules and regulations and studies and…stuff.
And the smart, young kid never saw the sinkhole in the middle of the field.
The kid did everything he was taught in school,
but he never walked out on the field
and looked around.
He knew too much,
and didn’t know how to open his eyes.
On the other hand,
do you think a 13 year old kid could drive a car?
Sure he could.
Heck,
it would be easy after learning how to drive that durn skateboard!
You see,
the drive and the initiative
hasn’t been schooled out of the 13 year old.
Now,
I know there are all sorts of problems with this analogy,
but it still makes the point.
Learning is simple.
Or should be,
if you could get all the people
who make money
who have power
who get to make regulations
out of the way.
learn martial artsThe Master Instructor Martial Arts Course is based upon simplicities
that people generally overlook
after they have gone to school.
What a statement,
eh?
But it’s true.
Now,
consider what a college course
for a martial arts instructor
would look like.
take courses on sports biology
take courses on sports medicine
take courses on insurance regulations
take courses on legal implications
take courses on similar sports fields
write a thesis supporting some bizarre and arcane theory
pay your tuition regularly
Oh, and take a karate class.
Now,
all that study and larnin’ and time and money,
and all you have to do is teach a kid how to do a low block.
Hmmm.
I know,
I overstated it,
but there is a simplicity in here
that shouldn’t be overlooked.
Now,
compare that to the Master Instructor Martial Arts Course.
Two DVDs
and a book with all the theory
That’s 100 simple pages
with the following information…
the exact data on how to structure the body
the exact data on how to develop internal energy
the exact method for teaching
the seven corrections to make perfect form
the six secrets to make any technique work
And that’s all there is!
And you can’t argue with it!
I’ve been selling the course for several years now,
nobody has ever found anything wrong with it,
and I’ve got 60 master instructors
People who have taken the course
who use the material on it every day
teach thousands of people
AND NEVER CHANGE THE DATA
They know that they can’t change what is on the master instructor course.
Simply,
you can’t argue with the truth of the universe.
I’ve had a standing offer,
find anything wrong with the course
and I will send you three courses
FREE.
Nobody has ever won this one,
they can’t.
The course is simply right.
It has never been added to by educators
regulated by politicians
or otherwise messed up.
Now,
I know there are people out there
who are good instructors.
I have a feeling the guy who wrote me the letter
is probably pretty good,
bases his instruction
on the real world.
And I know that some instructors have even figured some of this stuff out
but nobody has ever put it all together
in one simple course.
This course is not a government course,
it has not been put out by an institution,
it is the sweet, simple truth of martial arts
and how to teach them.
So,
I stand by my claim.
Okay,
lots of good things coming up,
I will be making an announcement
about The Great Matrixing Tour.
Also,
I have a couple of video courses in the works,
and a couple of books,
and some other stuff.
So,
stay tuned.
Things are about to get very exciting.

Martial Arts Makes Money During Stock Crash!

When I hear that the stock market crashed, like I did today (500 points), I have to grin. Check out the video, watch me have some fun, and then I’ll tell you more.

You see, my business increased during the last so called stock market crash.
Everybody is moaning, and I am making money.
No, I am not doing some scheme, I don’t have a gimmick, unless you call hard work a gimmick.
First, understand that the stock market is a card game. That’s all it is. The idea that people have to get broke if the card game slows down and the players start hoarding their money is foolish, to say the least.
So, I am not in the card game, and my gimmick for getting rich was very easy…I just worked harder.
Instead of moaning about how rotten the world is, I advertised more, wrote lots of martial art articles, filmed martial arts videos, and just had a great time.
The secret is this: learn how to run a business.
These people who go out of business didn’t know how to run a business in the first place, so the first wiggle in finances, and they go broke.
Heck, if you just watch your income, make sure you don’t spend too much, and do lots of advertising, and, above all, be positive, you can make money during a stock market crash.
Well, I speak, do you listen?
I’ve got the courses I was selling, and you can get them, and teach martial arts while everybody is moaning, and make money. Your choice.
My site is Monster Martial Arts. Pick up a free book when you get there, it will explain more of what I am doing that is so special and unique.

The Worst Martial Arts Teacher You Want To Avoid So as to Find the Best Martial Arts Teacher

The upside of the worst martial arts teacher, is that if you know who he is, you’ll be able to find the best martial arts teacher.
This is actually a crucial bit of data, this qualifying of a sensei, and I have mentioned it before, but not enough, and not viciously enough. So let me really lean back and throw the haymaker to the these wanna be teachers.
Karate, taekwondo, aikido…Kung Fu, kenpo hapkido…you name the art, and somewhere in there you will find the teacher of whom I speak. Mind you, he is usually more prevalent int he harder arts, but he can be found anywhere. The way to identify him is simple: he can’t lose.
That means he can’t lose a point, he can’t allow the student to win, unless it is in a manner which elevates him.
He is not teaching, you seeing, he is gathering people to him and dominating them.
This lessens the art.
Let me tell you the truth about this right now: if an instructor can’t let a student win, and even rejoice when that student gets a point on him, he is not a real teacher.
The student should be able to , after a period of instruction which is not overly long, get points on his teacher!
The student is younger, faster, and that he can get a point shows that he has learned, therefore the teacher has taught.
You get a guy who gets a little grumpy and irritated if his student is scoring on him…run. He is getting mad because somebody is learning, and that is not a good sign.
So, examine your instructors, inspect your teachers, analyze your sensei. If he doesn’t like people to win…go somewhere else.
I don’t care how many trophies he has, or how good he sounds…the truth is in his ability to elevate his students–not beat them.
If you want some more hard core data on what really makes a martial arts teacher, check out The Master Instructor Course at Monster Martial arts. Guaranteed, this stuff is not taught anywhere else, and it will totally undo the worst Martial Arts teacher in the world, no matter where you find him.

How Can You Call Yourself a Martial Arts Master? (Part One)

The Truth About Being a  Martial Arts Master

There are a lot of people teaching the martial arts these days, and a lot of them call themselves Master, or give themselves other presumptuous titles. Of course, there is a big difference between talking the talk and walking the walk. Many of these so called masters are, quite simply, not.

martial arts masterMaster is a term that means one has power and authority over something. It is a term that is common to the English culture, and common to other and ancient cultures. Heck, seems like somebody is always trying to have power and authority over something…somebody…whatever.

So let’s consider these modern times and these people who call themselves masters. Let’s take a look at whether they really have what it takes, or whether they are fake. Let’s consider what a Master needs to know.

First, a Master needs to know something. Doesn’t matter if it is the technology of flower arranging or the technology of the martial arts. They have to have technical knowledge of the field they are claiming to be masters in.

Unfortunately, the technology of the martial arts is largely unknown. All those kids in the schools, all those military men, all those housewives and UFC watchers, they don’t know the technology because, quite honestly, the technology has never been actually codified and put down on paper. And it has to be able to be put on paper because, as the music maestro once said, if it can’t be written down, it isn’t music.

Yes, we know what the cross over chokehold is, and the spinning rear kick, and all those other terms. We know they relate to certain body positions, and we know what they can do. But…why?

What are the physics involved? What are the physics of the set up? What are the physics of the mental state necessary to the implementation of the technique.

It is not enough to say twist this or pull that, there has got to be a description able to be written in physics, and, unless the master knows these physics, he isn’t a master. What’s worse, is that this is only the first item of two that need to be known for a person to be an actual and bona fide master. I’ll tell you the rest in part two of this article on martial arts mastery.

Check out Matrixing Karate: Master, the details of what it takes to Master Karate are written out in plain English.
