Boy Wears Tin Skull Cap to Avoid Shaolin Gung Fu!

Kung Fu Builds Strong Minds!

Yes, unbelievable but true, a young boy, who definitely didn’t want to learn Shaolin Gung Fu, has taken to wearing a tin skull cap.
The boy’s father apparently wanted to teach him good Shaolin, and he would say things like, ‘if you don’t study martial arts you will have a weak mind, then the government will control you with their radio frquencies.’
The boy thought that if he wore a metal cap as protection against the radio waves he wouldn’t have to study kung fu. Which is to say, he wouldn’t have to have a strong mind.

The scientific truth behind this odd tale is that the body is a like a machine, and the brain is like a radio station.
Unfortunately, the radio station ‘brain’ is victim to so much static that it starts to generate its own static. The old ‘garbage in garbage out’ theory.

A study of Kung fu, such as Shaolin, focusing the mind on ‘one thing,’ will train the individual to ignore the static, and the mind will come under control, and then the radio frequencies broadcast by the government will pass right through the ‘empty mind.’

The static that is absorbed by the brain can actually come from several sources.
Drugs tend to unfocus the individual, encouraging a form of static.
The government puts out special frequencies at places across the globe in order to control mankind on a mass level.
Even education is a culprit in this sad saga, as modern education is so lacking in even basic common sense that the result is more confusion among students, rather than competence and clarity, resulting in an ‘educated’ population that will do as they are told, and not what is right.

Thus, the boy’s father was right, and the boy was wrong, but, if he persists in wearing a tinfoil beanie he will doubtless remain stupid and prone to distractions and become just one more ‘mind number robot’ having existence as a human being.

The solution? Study Shaolin Kung Fu, or Karate or Aikido, or any other form of body discipline…for to discipline the body is to discipline the mind.

A good place to start would be the martial arts lessons available at MonsterMartialArts.com. They are very logical, easy to do, and will cause the body, and mind, to become strong enough to resist any form of distraction.
Remember, good Shaolin Gung Fu results in strong human beings.

How People Can Learn Martial Arts in a Few Months!

How to Matrix the Martial Arts!

A lot of people read my site, or articles on the web, and they raise their eyes and say, ‘Oh, right. A guy can learn Martial Arts in a few months? Ha!’

Lot of cynicism out there, and I understand it. Some fellow studies for years to learn Taekwondo or learn Shaolin or whatever, and I come along and say, ‘You could have learned it ten times faster.’

little dragon

Don’t just look at the moon…BE the moon!

That guy is going to be upset! He’s going to think I’m full of it, just because if he doesn’t, then it invalidates all his years of training.

But, when somebody actually does matrix their martial art, and this works for Aikido and Kenpo and ALL other martial arts systems, then they find that I am not invalidating all they have done…I am making it count! I am organizing their data, making it more accessible, and that means their martial arts are sharper, quicker, more intuitive…and so much more!

So how do I convince the doubter?

Try these facts on for size.

Take two pigeons and put them together for 6 weeks and they will mate for life.

6 weeks, and you cam MAKE a pea brain MAKE a life altering decision. Doesn’t even matter if Mrs. Pigeon is ugly.

Now this is a stupid fact, but it tends to open the door to facts more pertinent to you and the Martial Arts.

The US army takes a common, garden variety man or woman…and MAKES them into a soldier in three months. Another three months and we’re talking about a high tech soldier, able to use a computer, or some other complicated device, right in the middle of a firefight!

That’s a good fact. It speaks highly of dedicated, factual training.

Here’s another one: there are ads on TV that claim you can MAKE your body into a lean, mean muscle machine in three months. Three months and you no longer have a beer barrel, but, instead, have a six pack!

So the point here is this: if you are smarter than a pigeon, then you can change your mind and change your body in three months.

Or, in other words,
YOU CAN LEARN THE MARTIAL ARTS IN A HANDFUL OF MONTHS!

You don’t even have to believe! You just have to get a martial arts course and do it!

So now we come down to choice.

Do you want to sit around and tweet one liners…or do you want to join a brotherhood that has lasted for thousands of years…the brotherhood of the Martial Artist!

Do you want to be sweet meat for that home invader? That mugger? That guy who wants to take your girlfriend?

Do you want to watch Bruce Lee movies and think, ‘How cool!’ Or do you want to BE like Bruce Lee?

Okay. Nuff said. I hope I’ve changed your mind, gotten you to get up off the coach, inspired you to do something that will give your life value forever!

So take a look at this http://monstermartialarts.com site, check out the courses, and decide what you want to do.

Remember, the only person stopping you from being more than you…is you.

This has been a page about how to learn martial arts in a matter of a few months.

The Inertia of Ignorance and Learning Kung Fu

Learning Kung Fu is Hard When You Have to Overcome Yourself!

I should say the odd thing about teaching human beings, not just teaching kung fu or karate to some fellow. But the fact is…people refuse to accept information.

Let’s say you’re teaching some fellow Kung Fu. You can say something like ‘twisting the wrist on impact is dangerous. The joint is unstable upon impact.’

Now, this is a big deal, actually, can result in damage, but so many systems use the twisting wrist to teach beginning students…but, they don’t teach the white belts why, or how to transition the technique to a more stable punch.

You see, the wrist is unstable, but it teaches people how to focus their power. Once they learn how to focus their punches, they need to learn how to snap a vertical punch, what is called a ‘sun’ punch, or some other variation. But when you tell them that, the mind shutters.

They shake their head, and continue on their path, and it is as if you never spoke.

It’s not just karate or kung fu, it’s deeper, it goes to the person’s ability to listen, to actually process information.

That is, incidentally, why the martial arts are so vital to learn. Somebody disagrees, and you can show them on the dojo floor. You can make them open up their ears.

But, that doesn’t cure the person of his problem of not being able to listen. Even somebody who has studied the martial arts for decades has this problem. Here is the  thing they will actually think when you tell them something.

‘Oh, we have that in our kung fu style.’ Or Karate style, or whatever.

They don’t say it, they just get this smug look. But the truth is this: yes, they had it in their kung fu style, every system has everything, if you look far enough, BUT…they were not aware of it before you spoke of it.

This problem, incidentally, I have given a label…‘The Inertia of Ignorance.’

Simply, people won’t let go of their ignorance. They protect it; they are not willing to admit it because, darn it, they think it will make them look like they aren’t smart!

But holding on to your ignorance is what is not smart. If you don’t admit your were ignorant of something, then you can’t learn: your protection of your image as somebody who is wise and knowledgable stops you from learning .

Do you understand what I am saying?

Now, go ahead and peruse Monster Martial Arts. Hopefully, what you have read here has removed you from that attitude, and opened your cranium to the influx of new ideas. Because, I guarantee…the stuff you find on Monster, this Matrixing science, has never been seen before. It is brand new information, not written of by Bruce Lee, nor recorded in Ninja scrolls, not anything.

Brand spanking New, and that makes it very difficult for people who are more concerned with their image of themselves than their desire to learn kung fu, or any other martial art.

The Hell Of Real Shaolin Kung Fu Training (as Told To The Author)

If you aren’t willing to work, then you might just as well skip this article. Correction, if you don’t absolutely love good, hard work, then move along. Real Kung Fu Training, you see, will raise the sweat, exhaust the muscles, and show you the bruises. Check out the video, then I’ll tell you about the real Shaolin Training.

People want the quick fix, you see, and the quick fix don’t work. There is no magic pill. To understand this you need merely look at the definition for the word Kung Fu. A skill attained through hard work over time.

When I learned Shaolin kung fu I had to stand in the horse stance (what we called mabu) for an hour. The instructor lit a stick of incense that took an hour to burn. We were expected to stand in mabu and let the incense burn down, and at the end of the hour training would begin.

After we lasted an hour (it wasn’t hard after you got used to it), we got to do basics training. We wouldn’t do fifteen or twenty kicks, we would do hundreds of them. And hundreds of another kick, and hundreds of…you get the idea.

After practicing kicks and punches for an hour, we would finally get to do forms. This would consist of the old forms, Mok, and Choy & Lee, and the Tiger & Crane and so on. Interestingly, the teacher would let up on us then, and actually talk about some of the things we were doing.

He would tell us how to translate the moves into real self defense. We would learn every possible thing you could do in a self defense situation. Sometimes we would break into pairs and do a few applications, but then we were back into the forms.

Our real combat training was in the two man kung fu patterns. This was where we stood face to face and struck and blocked until our arms were numb and desperately in need of some good, old Dit Dah Jow healing juice. We didn’t get that martial arts herbal juice until after class was over though; we had to earn it first with our hard work and bruises.

To be honest, all through my kung fu training I wondered if what I was learning worked, then, one day I was attacked. I sunk my weight and raised my arm, and my attacker’s arm collided with my arm, and a look of pain cut across his features. He actually turned around and walked away, bent over and holding his arm.

Now, having suffered through this kind of training, having endured the pain and the agony, would I recommend it? I would if you want real Shaolin Kung Fu. Remember this bit of writing when you decide you want, and when you go out and find some good, old fashioned Real Kung Fu Training.

This story of Real Kung Fu Training was related to me by a fellow who taught me Shaolin. If you want to see what I did with this training, head over to Monster Martial Arts and take a look at the Shaolin Butterfly.

National Geographic and the Soul of Shaolin Kung Fu

National Geographic has done a good job of comparing the search for the sould of Kung Fu, with what is happening at that monastery now.

Tourists are happening now: “Today, however, temple officials seem more interested in building the Shaolin brand than in restoring its soul.”

But also in the article, amongst the gems of life style descriptions and life at the august temple: “You cannot defeat death…But you can defeat your fear of death.” The master speaks this as he does a form on the edge of a precipice.

Interestingly enough, if you read the paper version you get an extra section, a section dealing with Mao and the effects of the Great Cultural Revolution.

An art of war, destroyed by a political belief system, and now being used by that belief system to foster…what? Glorified policemen? Movie stars?

Still, just reading the article, paper or digital, there is a hope for  mankind. Hope is the soul of  Shaolin Kung Fu. Drop by Monster Martial Arts and check out the Shaolin Butterfly Kung Fu.

Learn A Whole New Martial Art System in a Week!

A wonderful and healthy morning to you!
The day is so perfect…
it is perfect for working out.
I tell ya,
working out is better than two pills and a lobotomy.
You work out and the dog likes you,
the wife can now put up with you,
and you have become,,,
better than human.
Kids will follow you in the street,
ladies will swoon at your attention,
and your baseball team will win.
Those things all happen if you work out.
I promise.
You don’t believe me?
Go on,
work out and see if it ain’t so.
Everything I said is exactly the way it is.

I realized,
many decades ago,
back when people were saying you are what you eat
(you aren’t, incidentally)
that the body is a pool of water propped up on sticks.
And,
the condition of the water depended on whether there was a current.

Water in, water out,
and the pool is clear, pristine,
and big, fat fish swim in it.

And,
good food in,
work out
and your body is in pristine condition.

You are trim and lithe,
able to work all day long,
not surprised by life’s bushwah.

Heck,
the list of ailments that can’t exist
in a cleaned out body
is amazing.
Disease just can’t grab a toehold
in a body that is working out impurities.

No heart condition
no diabetes,
no kidney problems,
no viagra,
your complexion is good,
hair stays in,
better hearing and eyesight,
no colds or flu,
no headaches,
no digestive problems,
no anything whatsoever bugging you.
Physically and mentally,
which means spiritually,
you are the top dog.

It’s a simple matter of a person
having the discipline to tell the body
to function right,
and backing it up
with a little hard fun.

Kick, punch, throw,
kata and technique,
becoming aware of a whole new world.
that is the key to it all.

Did you know
that if everybody in the world did martial arts
there would be virtually no disease.

Doctors,
except for the odd accident,
would be out of business.
There would be no psychiatrists
because everybody would be mentally healthy and alert.
The cops would have nothing to do
but eat donuts and sigh
and thing of the bad, old days.
Children would have parents who cared.
There would be no prostitution,
political bushwah,
or even wars.

If everybody studied the martial arts,
you see,
they would be in charge of their bodies,
responsible for their condition,
and happy.

Responsible people are happy,
and healthy and fun to be around.

Working out makes healthy people.
Working out…your problems.
Working out…your impurities.
Working out…any unhappiness.
And this leads us to a lesson.

There is a neutronic truth.
People go towards what they understand,
they go away from what they don’t understand.
So why do people go away from the martial arts
when they are such a fantastic solution?
Because they don’t understand them.
They don’t understand the purpose (to lay down the spear)
They don’t understand the method (what does doing this form do?)
They don’t understand the people they are working out with…
yet, if they persisted,
they would understand.
They would understand how to deal with what comes at them.
They would understand how to deal with their own unhappiness.
They would understand how to deal with the drug dealer,
the politician that is corrupt,
a world that doesn’t make sense and doesn’t seem to work.

Because the martial arts trains you to go forward,
even when you don’t understand what you are going into…
and it trains you to handle that which you don’t understand.

So I hope you take advantage of matrixing,
I hope you all become instructors,
or at least use the data
to go towards the world,
and towards life.

That is the solution,
you know.

Here’s an idea…
why don’t you just learn a whole new art this week?
Remember what I said earlier…

Kick, punch, throw,
kata and technique,
becoming aware of a whole new world.
that is the key to it all.

So why don’t you grab a new art
and unlock a new world?

I mean,
wouldn’t it be nice to tell people
‘Yeah,
I learned a new art last week.’
And then be able to prove it?

Learn the Shaolin Butterfly Kung Fu within one week!

You can learn the first six forms within a week,
that’s the heart of the system,
and spend another month working on the advanced nine square forms,
and you’ll know a whole art.
Matrixing makes these arts that easy to learn.
Go on,
see if it doesn’t.
Monkey back guarantee.
If you can’t learn the first six forms of the Shaolin Butterfly
within a week,
and the rest of the system within a month,
I’ll refund your money.

Man,
you do this,
and your work outs this week
are going to be phenomenal!
