Surviving Ten Seconds and Beyond

Surviving Worse than Zombies with Martial Arts!

Want to know one of the best books in the world
for home defense?
For basic strategizing?
For opening up the mind to combat possibilities,
for handling everything from mobs to global conflicts?

The Zombie Survival Guide.

New book about Bruce Lee!

martial arts

Be silent, my friend, and hear yourself think…

It’s true.
The guy who wrote it
is actually responsible for
‘World War Z’
So you know he’s telling the truth,
right?

Seriously,
the book goes into how to zombie proof your home,
which is good for forestalling mobs,
personal tactics (take off the head)
and generally preparing yourself
for when the world falls apart.

The book is very similar to
The Boy Scout Manual,
or the Army Ranger Handbook.

Got lots of things in it.

The thing that made me think about this
is that a fellow emailed me,
asked my opinion on various things,
such as the end of the world.

The end of the world is an interesting topic.
Volcano?
EMP attack?
California falling into the ocean.
(Not a bad thing)
and so on.

But here’s something I realized,
the world can end at any time,
for anyone,
on a personal level.
Heck,
you don’t have to wait for the government to sell us out,
the dollar to go bad,
the Chinese to buy McDonalds…
it can end tomorrow with a mugging,
a fender bender that escalates,
a cop on the wrong side of bed.

And that’s when that fifteen years of training
turns into 10 seconds of survival.

Now,
most of the guys reading this,
they are active in the martial arts,
but there are a few who aren’t…
and who should be.

You make sure your car is running smooth,
the engine isn’t pinging,
the tires aren’t bald,
because those things can interrupt your life.
Well,
martial arts training can save your life.

And even if you don’t use them,
you will use the health benefits,
the calm of mind benefits,
you will live longer,
just like Mom.

So,
check out the Zombie Survival Guide.
AND,
while you’re at it,
go here…

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/3a-blinding-steel-matrixing-weapons/

This is how to make anything a weapon,
how to translate weapons to empty hands to throws,
how to be the one alive
when somebody as stupid as a zombie
decides he should live and you shouldn’t.

Have yourself a great work out!

George Washington’s Martial Arts

Making the Martial Arts List

I first got this idea from George Washington.
The 9th president of the United States.

Now,
what made Georgie so much better than the first 8 presidents,
and all the others after him?

the yoga kata book

know martial arts

Is this really the way to solve problems?

To understand that question
you have to understand one neutronic datum:
what you do comes back to you.
This is an absolute truth of the universe.
If you throw a rock at somebody’s head,
then sometime,
somewhere,
you’re going to get hit in the head with a rock.
And if you compliment somebody,
somewhere,
sometime,
you’re going to get complimented.
That’s the way this universe works,
and for a simple reason:
you create it.
And what you create will do what you say.
That’s the truth of:
what goes around comes around.

Okay,
so why was Georgie the best?

Because he made the constitution work.
There was no constitution for the first eight presidents.
But George made the constitution work,
established this country so it wouldn’t fall on its face,
and that made him great.
BUT,
what,
inside George,
drove him to be great enough
to do something that great?

And here is the little known fact,
George read, and apparently acted upon:

Rules of Civility and Decent Behaviour In Company and Conversation

This is a list of how to ‘behave’
first written by Jesuits in 1595.
George had to write them down
as a school exercise.

Here’s a couple of the rules…

1st Every Action done in Company, ought to be with Some Sign of Respect, to those that are Present.
11th Shift not yourself in the Sight of others nor Gnaw your nails.
40th Strive not with your Superiers in argument, but always Submit your Judgment to others with Modesty.

65th Speak not injurious Words neither in Jest nor Earnest Scoff at none although they give Occasion.

Interesting tidbits, eh?

The interesting thing
is that even the ones that seem dated,
have far reaching conclusions.

You can find this list on the internet,

http://www.history.org/almanack/life/manners/rules2.cfm

And it is well worth going over
and considering whether you break those rules,
if any of the rules don’t count any longer,
and how you can better yourself using these rules.
Just translating those rules into modern language
can be positively enlightening.

The point is this:
there is a neutronic maxim:

Politeness is the Greatest Strategy.

These rules of civility
make you consider this maxim.
And then you start living with a bit more quality,
being more careful of the things you do,
how you treat people,
and then the universe starts becoming kinder to you.

It worked for George,
didn’t it?

So why wouldn’t it work for you?
And,
if you think this whole exercise is silly,
consider that the samurai
had a huge and penetrating code of honor.
Bodyguards MUST act a certain way
if they are going to be allowed to function
in certain areas.
And you need to know this stuff
if you are going to be any kind of real warrior.

Remember this one incredibly important fact:

who you are spiritually
is the most important thing in the universe.

Okay,
if you want to tap into the inner you,
work out.
Don’t stop,
day after day,
and you will wake up.
You will become the real you.

And I suggest doing Matrixing to make it happen faster.

Why spend thirty for forty years,
risk dropping out because of injury,
school,
career,
marriage,
kids,
getting old,
and all the other distractions of life?

Do matrixing now,
and you can pack forty years of wisdom
into a year or two of streamlined,
efficient,
logical
martial arts.
Martial Arts that work,
and not on just the physical level,
but in the heart of hearts level.

Here’s the Kung Fu package,
so you can save some money,
and get the whole line up…

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/kung-fu-package/

That’s Shaolin,
Pa Kua Chang,
Tai Chi Chuan,
and even How to Create Your Own Art…

Okay dokily,
you guys and gals have a fantastic time,
and start thinking about reading and doing
The Rule for Civility,
and changing your whole life
from a spiritual point of view,
this summer.

Have a great work out!
Al

Using Aikido to Control a Mob

Control the Mob Mind Using Aikido Guiding Principles

The essence of Using Aikido must be based upon harmony. Harmony is to go in the same direction. Thus, to use Aikido to control a Mob one must go in the same direction as the mob.

lop sau rolling fists freestyle drill

Complete scientific analysis of Kenpo Karate

how to kill novel

If you go into the mind of a serial killer…you might become one!

So the mob decides to hang somebody. Make sure no video cameras are on you when you yell out, “I’ll get the rope!”

You have now gone in the same direction as the mob, and, here’s an interesting thing, they now rely on you for something. So you have not only gone in the same direction, but you have taken the first step in putting them in another direction.

Don’t let go of the rope. As long as they want the rope, they will follow you. So lead them down an alley. Or suddenly stop and say something really weird. “I have to have a hamburger.”

I know, sounds funny, but somebody is going to laugh and go, “WTF?”

Now, a mob isn’t a bunch of individuals, it is a bunch of weak minds melded into one mind. As long as there is rage in the mind it is going to hang somebody. But if you can get one single person to laugh, then you have splintered one person off. You have brought this individual out of the rage and back to his own mind. So look at him, shove him away, and he will be glad to go.

What you are trying to do here is to splinter individuals off the mob mind. Do enough of this and there is no more mob. These things have a curve, and you have to supplant the mob mind with the desire of the individual to be himself.

Another thing you can do to try and mess up the mob is introduce another thought. Remember, the mob has one loose mind, and it can only hold one thought. So if you can introduce another thought, the mob will begin to self-destruct.

Marching down the street, looking for Johnson, you suddenly yell, “Wait a minute! It’s Smith we want!”

Argument bursts out. Excellent, the mob is now arguing with itself.

The point here is that you use the flow of the mob, take it over, and change the direction. Or, you split the flow of the mob. Or…you can actually come up with a variety of methods for derailing a mob using the concept of Aikido to first insert yourself, then alter the path of the thought.

Now, if you tried Karate, or Kung Fu, or some other martial concept you would end up fighting somebody.

But Aikido is unique in the application of harmony. The trick is to study it enough so that you have a larger mind tan a mob. Not just large enough to splinter from the mob by yourself, and stand back and watch, but large enough to encompass the mob with your own spiritual harmony.

And, here is the great thing, you can use the aikido principles outlined here to control any number of things.

A company is a bunch of individuals come together to a common purpose. You can derail or alter that purpose.

A government is a bunch of people come together, and governments are always being swayed this way or that depending on the person who guides it.

A marriage is a couple of people in common purpose.

Any of these ‘groups’ can be controlled by simply hijacking the purpose or somehow altering the path, and the easiest way to do this is with nothing more than a bit of simple harmony.

Find out more about using Aikido and harmony in your life at RealAikidoDojo.com. Here’s a great article to get you started on understanding how to use Aikido…

Learn Aikido in Two Hours!

Learn Aikido by Going to the Concept

People think I’m scamming them when they read this learn Aikido at home in 2 hours thing, but let me tell you exactly what I’m doing.

First, I don’t teach you a thousand aiki techniques in a couple of hours, I teach you the One Concept behind it all.

learn aikido online

2 DVDs and a CD, 90 minutes of video, and an instruction book.

No, I am not talking about ‘harmony.’ That’s a concept, but it’s a philosophy.

I teach the actual physical ‘One Thing’ that people are doing when they do this incredible martial art.

I show you how to do this one thing not by dry classroom talk, but by teaching four guys and letting you watch. During the course of one 90 minute video you will see these four guys learn. You will see them progress from move to move. You will see them going, ‘Oh! That works!” And then moving on to more and more moves. Intuitively, naturally.

That’s the power of The One Concept.

Now, the dry classroom stuff comes in the form of one simple learn aikido PDF. It’s about 40 pages, and it tells you how to break down the body, how to do the one thing to every part of the body. And it has illustrations detailing exactly what has been done.

The end result is that these four guys know enough aikido to practice on their own, to plug into any other martial art that happen to know.

Furthermore, and most important, it is workable in combat. It is EXTREMELY easy to apply this One Concept.

Whether you’re into the martial arts or not, I want you to remember this simple datum: if it is easy to understand, and easy to apply, it will be easy to learn, easy to use, and HARD to forget.

That is simple truth. It is behind Matrix Aikido and all the other martial arts courses I teach; it is a truth of this world.

Okay, hope to see you on the video, and have a great work out,

Al

Matrixing the Real You with Martial Arts

Newsletter 700
Matixing and Neutronics in the Martial Arts

Another day
another work out,
Another chance to be
smarter, stronger, nicer.
Another day to find…
the real you.

I’m going to tell you something really important about you,
about what you really are,
about what you can really do,
and how this relates to the martial arts.

The real you is not your body,
your name,
even your mind.
It is that part of you that looks out.
Watches.
Observes.
Figures things out.
Experiences joy.

It is you…the awareness.

Your real body is not flesh or mind,
it is as far as you can imagine.

One of the things that I have said,
that causes a few people to gripe,
is that you can only go in one direction.
Go on,
go to San Francisco and New York at the same time.
Can’t do it.

Can’t even think about it.
When you try to think about it,
you are thinking of San Francisco,
or New york,
but you can’t think of both of them at the same time.

Oh,
you can pu a thought of one in your mind,
and hold it there while you think of the other,
but that is like writing one on a blackboard,
while you think.
It is not going to two places at once.

You can’t go to two places at one.

Which leads us to an interesting,
and even FASCINATING concept…
you can’t think outwards and inwards at the same time.

Which means,
you can’t attack and erect a defense simultaneously.
And here is where a few people take objection.
They think that if they do a simultaneous block and counter,
they are doing two things.
Nope.
They are attacking.
They are not blocking.

Think about it this way.
You are either going towards someone,
or away,
or parallel (maintaining distance).
Parallel is not doing anything.
Or,
it is doing nothing.
Going towards or away is doing something.

You are either hitting them,
or you are not getting hit.

Now,
what is the value of knowing this,
of holding to this,
of making this work?

First,
you become aware of distance,
and he who controls distance controls the fight.
When you get past learning the blocks and strike and throws and all,
this become THE crucial aspect of the martial arts.
It is REALLY important.
But,
many people don’t understand this
until they have reached a certain point of discipline,
until they have realized the importance of themselves
as awareness.

Second,
you will find that you can control any situation
without using strikes or blocks or etcetera,
you can control ANY situation
simply with very subtle movement towards or away from.
This extends not just from opponents,
but to anything,
any situation,
in life.
Simply,
the offer or retraction of your presence resolves any situation.
Your presence is that strong.

Unfortunately,
a lot of people don’t get this,
it is usually figured out,
realized,
past the time when you become
aware of your ability to control a fight by controlling distance.

The real example of this,
I used to LOVE doing this,
I would freestyle students,
and shift towards or away in the smallest,
most minute fashion,
and it would totally disrupt their thoughts,
and any hope of techniques.
They would find that they couldn’t even attack me,
because they couldn’t mount a thought.
And you MuST have a thought before an action.
Simply,
I would shift when the thought was mounting,
and that would unfix me in space,
and they would have to try to figure it out again.
Honestly,
the students knew what I was doing,
they would understand and see,
other students could tell EXACLY what I was doing,
but they could’t deal with it.

I simply controlled distance better than they could.

Third,
and this is probably crucial to you now,
but will be crucial to you forever.

To control distance
is to control intention.
And intention is the ‘arm’ of the awareness.

You are,
you are an ‘I am,’
but howdy you ‘do?’
How do you accomplish things in this life?
Through intention.

So you study martial arts,
to hav the discipline to locate ourself in space as an ‘I am,’
and then you function as an ‘I am,’
by using intention,
and intention,
in this specific,
deals precisely with…
control of distance.

How close are you to an object (body),
how far away.

Now,
this is sort of an advanced lesson,
and it is a lesson in neutronics.
I figured all of this out
simply by using matrixing
until I was aware of myself as an awareness,
and since then I use neutronics.

So,
you know what I’m going to say now,
get yourself a matrixing course,
and start figuring out what I am saying.
figure out what I am doing.
Don’t just read these words
and think you understand,
for even if you do,
it takes too long,
and how are you going to get somebody else to do this stuff,
unless you have the better and faster method
of matrixing?

Matrixing is a method for locating yourself as an awareness.
Neutronics is a method for functioning as an awareness.
And when you use these tools,
you are different,
the world becomes easy,
you get the things you want out of life,
and what else is there?

Okay,
I suggest Matrix Karate for your start,

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/matrix-karate/

But,
if you happen to prefer Shaolin,
or weapons,
or whatever else,
check out the website and find the matrixing approach
that works for you.

Look,
guys and gals,
you never read anything like what I have said here.
Ever.
It simply hasn’t been said before.
Martial Arts are good,
they are great,
but they take too long,
and have too much risk of being misunderstood.
So look at the alternative.
Look at Matrixing and Neutronics,
and think about really finding out
the truth about yourself.

Remember,
the truth of Matrixing and Neutronics…
it is all about you,
finding the real you,
and using the martial arts to do so.
It is about you,
and what you can really do.
And,
man,
that is a LOT!

Now,
a short word,
I will be having an operation on my shoulder in four weeks.
I will be out of action for a couple of months.
That means I will do my best,
but my output will suffer.
It will be be difficult to do things.
I will let you know more
once I have a specific date set up.
But,
what can you do to help…
If you have been meaning to get a course,
please do so.
Your $20 or $30 will help out immensely.
If you have all the courses,
start thinking about neutronics.
Second,
and in a way this is even more important,
help spread the word.
Go through my articles and websites,
and click the ‘Like’ button.
Email things you like to friends.
help people find out about matrixing and neutronics.
If you have read any of my books,
give a review on amazon,
or goodreads,
or whatever.

That’s all you have to do
to help me out.
And I will be needing your help.
After working out every day for near 50 years,
I am going to be motionless,
that is going to be one of the toughest things I have ever done.
But your help will get me through.

So thanks in advance,
and I’ll give you all the exact details
over the next couple of weeks,
as I become aware of them.

Now,
sorry about that,
but think about what I’ve said in this newsletter,
about controlling distance
and how important it is,
and head over to the site and check out some courses.

Thanks for being martial artists,
and have a great work out!

Al

What is a Master in the Martial Arts?

Newsletter 691
Mastering the Martial Arts

Good morning!
Good work out!
Good you!
That’s right,
you get up in the morning,
you work out,
and you feel great all day!
And that is what you should be doing
every single day!
Without fail.

martial arts master

becoming a master in the martial arts. Click on the little man now!

Okay,
before I start,
check out the pics on the right,
That is a matrixing family.
Note the closeness,
the warmth,
the grins…
that is what martial arts are supposed to do!

Yes,
beat people up.
Sure.
Protect yourself and loved ones.
Yup.
BUT,
the grins on the faces,
the look of knowledge in the eyes,
THAT us what it is all about.

And,
BTW,
that smiling family just brought home a truckload of trophies,
went to a tournament and had some kind of fun.

Now,
what is a master?

The first definition I came across is
‘a guy who has slaves.’
We can chuck that one,
because martial arts are about freedom,
not slavery.
They give you competence,
clarity in life,
the ability to take charge.
Not slavery.

Second definition I noticed right off..
‘skilled practitioner of an art.’
Okay,
that’s good.
BUT,
here is the one I live by…

acquire complete knowledge or skill in (an accomplishment, technique, or art):

The word is COMPLETE!

And the confusion that people have is this;
they think that being able to beat people up
makes them a master.

Being able to beat people up
makes you a bully.
It doesn’t make you a master.

It is the knowledge that you must possess.
Not the ability to beat people up.

And,
speaking of beating people up,
a master has control,
skill,
and he controls another fighter,
indeed,
the whole situation,
so that there is no fight.
That is a master.

You can see that a lot of people
should be turning in their business cards…
right now.

They insist upon being called master,
because it is necessary to their esteem,
because that is the ritual in their system,
because a bunch of old men
had decided they had paid their dues.

But they have never been judged for knowledge.

Okay,
here are some questions for you.

Where does chi come form?
What is chi?
Can you tell what art somebody knows
by watching the geometry he displays
in the way he uses his body?
Can you see what somebody is thinking?
Can you make somebody release his anger
merely by being with him?
Can you control your emotion
so that it NEVER gets in the way?
Can you help a student
and NEVER get frustrated
by his ‘stupidity?’

These are the things that are inherent in a master.

Sure,
they can freestyle,
they can beat people up,
but they never have to.
They have control of themselves,
to the point that they can control any person
in any situation.

Not the power to beat up, hurt and maim,
but the patience to help and teach and guide.

Now,
many arts try for that ideal,
and some make it
every once in a while,
but none of them make it
all the time.

Yet EVERY art could.
And every artist could.
All they have to do is matrix.
That means apply logic
to their art
and to themselves.

The seeds of success are in EVERY martial art.
BUT,
the arts have been so screwed up,
so messed up,
mixed together with other arts,
slanted by well meaning instructors who didn’t really understand,
politically corrupted,
and so on.

The purpose of matrixing
is to help people see the truth of their art.

Without matrxing,
you might see it,
you might glimpse it,
after thirty or forty years.

With matrixing
everything falls into place.

Don’t get me wrong,
it is going to take work,
but it will be organized work.
Work that leads somewhere.
Work that makes the man…
the very enlightened man.

Okay,
I haven’t said this stuff for a while,
I’ve talked about everything else
from enlightenment to testicles,
but don’t get me wrong…
this planet is messy,
people are screwy,
and the martial arts are one of the easiest ways
to make things right.

But don’t take thirty or forty years.
Order the Master Instructor course right now.
find out how to use your body without muscles.
Find out the six secrets
that will enable you to make ANY technique work.
Guaranteed,
as soon as you see these truths
you will start going through your forms
looking to make sure you are doing the right things.
You will go through all your techniques,
focusing on the simple truth
to make them work.

No more confusion.

And you will be able to show ANYBODY
how to master the martial arts
by teaching these 13 things.

You will know the simple three step method
that will enable you to teach anybody the martial arts.

Okay,
thanks for letting me say all this.
And for those who have done the Master Instructor course,
thanks for becoming masters.

Next newsletter I’ll probably take it easy,
but,
listen,
every once in a while
I get the severe urge
to just shake people by the shoulders,
to take them and shake them
and say…
LOOK! DARN IT! LOOK!
THE TRUTH IS RIGHT THERE!

I really want people to succeed in the martial arts,
and I want a better world,
and the Master Instructor Course
is a huge step towards this.

Okey donkey.
Thanks for being,
take care
have a GREAT work out!
And I’ll talk to you next newsletter.

How I Died And Never Went To Heaven

Martial Arts Poetry

martial arts poetry

Are you living a neutronic life?…click on the cover!

Here’s a sample of poetry.

it is neutronic poetry, and the book, ‘Neutropia,’ is filled with this stuff.

The point is that a martial artist must not merely be able to kill, but he or she must be able to discern life, to penetrate it, and understand that life is more than grunt and kill.

What good is life if it is lived unconscious?

a ghost to myself

I died one day

I floated above my body

a ghost to myself

wondering

and a son i had left behind

who would watch over him?

who would guide his life?

who would stand by him?

Who?

So i stayed

i stayed above my body

and when my son came to cry

i stayed above him

and i watched

and i guided

and i helped him live his life

i was the angel

he grew old under my gaze

he had family

and he lived

and he grew old

and

one day

he died

i watched him go

a ghost

he went

he departed

for other lives

and i was left

a ghost to myself

a ghost to myself

no rudder

no one to watch over me

and now

no one to watch over

where will i go?

what will i do?

when there is no end to me

and no beginning
