SUPER SPECIAL MARTIAL ARTS ANNOUNCEMENT

GOOD MORNING!

Got a special announcement.

So special I am issuing two newsletters on the same night!

So special…
there is NOTHING like what I am about to do.

monkey boxing martial art

Click here to go to: MonkeyBoxingNow.com!

First,
don’t get me wrong,
people need Matrixing.
They need to understand the science of the martial arts.
It is the only way they will gain true understanding,
and true understanding is necessary
for true mastery.

Second,
I have provided many paths for people to master the martial arts.

You can do the classical route by going to:

http://kangdukwon.com

You can do the Matrix Karate route by going to:

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/black-belt-course/

You can do a variety of martial arts
by doing any martial art I offer,
and The Master Instructor Course.

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/4-master-instructor-course/

So what could be better than that?
Eh?

What could be better than that is if I gave you personal lessons
for as little as $2.50 per week.

Go to:

The Truth of Monkey Boxing

Monkey Boxing is MY art.
It is not the scientific analysis of art,
as in Matrixing,
or matrixed courses,
but it does,
of course,
follow matrixing principles.

Monkey boxing includes the following courses,
which are offered on MonsterMartialArts.com.

Blinding Steel.
Matrix Kung Fu
Rolling Fists

tied together by The Master Instructor Course.
(What?
You thought I would teach you something without using
The Master Instructor Course?)

Further,
you will get snippets and tidbits
from ALL my courses,
because I have to give you all the drills,
and tell you where they came from,
and how they were developed.
And ALL my drills and exercises.
And Forms and Freestyle.
And everything else.

And you can ask me questions.
I will respond by email,
or,
if necessary and appropriate,
on video.

Thus,
I draw on everything in my 50 years experience,
to teach you my art.

Now,
the drawback is that there isn’t going to be
a specific order to all this stuff.

I am teaching people Monkey boxing,
as I teach the video course.
I draw on material I need,
as I need it.

So I don’t organize it,
I just teach it
in an intuitive sequence
based on what my students need.

But,
don’t worry,
I will be releasing,
sometime in the next few weeks,
a study guide of some sort,
to help you order all the material,
so you will understand the order,
and be able to focus on that order.

Don’t get me wrong,
this course DOES NOT replace matrix ing.
Matrixing is the ultimate science,
it is the martial arts in order.

But this my art,
the art that has come out of me
because of all my experiences,
because I need to express myself.

Okay,
here is the special announcement website…

The Truth of Monkey Boxing

Go there,
poke around,
and see if it is for you.
have a great work out!

Newsletter 804
Matrixing the Thought of Combat

Man!
It is BEEYOUTIFUL out.
Time for a BEEYOUTIFUL workout!

A quick word:
Google is suppressing newsletter,
but you can find this newsletter blogged at
alcase.wordpress.com.

Bruce Lee did a good job of analyzing the motion of combat.
He took apart when,
for instance,
during the opponent’s punch,
you should attack.
You can find out more about this if you dig around at
FreeBruceLee.com.

BUT,
nobody’s ever really tried to figure out
what happens at the moment of combat.
Not the moment of launch,
but the thought that must occur
before the launch.

And,
to be honest,
nobody’s ever had the neutronics data,
so it is no wonder that nobody has ever done this.

SO…

the one thing to remember is that you have a thought,
and energy, and body,
follow it.
The odd thing in all this
is that thoughts go in only two directions.

Thoughts go out.
Thoughts go in.

This can be made complex,
if you stick on analyzing emotion,
emotion disguises what you are doing,
and so on.

So,
the exact moment of attack,
should be when the opponent is,
for whatever reason,
not thinking out,
towards you,
but inwards,
towards himself.

If you understand this,
you understand the purpose of meditation:
sitting (or moving) and never allowing thoughts to invert,
to come back towards yourself.
In other words,
to watch the world
without having internal thoughts.

Here are the ways you can take advantage
of this momentary lapse of awareness.
The most important is distraction.

Distraction is when you point the opponent’s attention elsewhere.

He blinks because of a fly.
He looks because of a motion to the side.
He thinks when you tell him there is someone behind him.
He thinks because you trash talk.
He gets mad,
or otherwise falls to emotion.
And so on.

You can attack when any of these,
or other,
distractions occur.

You can attack after the thought of attack,
but that is not a good idea,
unless you are immaculate in your strategy and tactics.
The reason is attacks will collide,
mistakes can be made once you let him go into motion,
and so on.

BUT…
the best time to attack a person?
Before he has the thought.

Doesn’t matter when he makes a decision,
or for what reason,
you simply attack before his thought.
At that point he has become victim,
as he is going to be responding to your attack,
instead of creating an original one of his own.

Here’s the thing,
people think you can’t see a thought.
But you can.
It takes an immense amount of discipline in classical martial arts.
It takes less time in matrixed martial arts.
Logic just allows you to study,
and therefore learn,
faster.

Heck,
you see people thinking all the time.
You see the look in their eyes,
you read their bodies,
you feel their energy.
If you are good you actually perceive the thought.
But that level of good
depends upon how effective and sincere your training has been.

The lesson here?
Train hard,
train long,
matrix (make logical)
everything you do.
Make yourself a perceptive person
by looking out at the world,
and not inward to your own thoughts,
troubles,
emotions,
etc.

Here’s my personal martial art…

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/3a-blinding-steel-matrixing-weapons/

I created it after doing most of the matrixing courses,
it was my own understanding codified.
It should help you read thoughts faster.

Have a great work out!

Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Reality

Is there a Disconnect in Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts?

Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts? A disconnect? Something tells me I should stop right now, before people get mad at me.

Click on the cover to find the source of the martial arts...

Click on the cover to find the source of the martial arts…

Except, there might actually be something in the question.

When you box, or perform Mixed Martial Arts, you wear gloves. You don’t wear such gloves on the street.

When you do the ‘Sweet Science,’ or battle in the Octagon, there are ‘fences,’ which means a cage, or ropes, to enclose the fight. There are no such barriers in real life.

When you are down, there is a referred to save you. No ref on the streets, bro.

When you fight in a public venue, such as i have mentioned here, the rounds end and you have a chance to recoup in your corner. No end of round, no corner, no recoup on the street.

I know, this is all unfair, I’m picking on your favorite gladiatorial sports.

Except, I’m not.

Look, I’m not saying these things are bad, I’m just saying they are.

The real disconnect is when you train for things that are, and they might not be. If that makes sense.

The real disconnect, when you study boxing or the Mixed Martial Arts, is merely the ability to break away from your training when you have to.

Training is to enhance the martial artist, it is not to imprison him.

So don’t object to what I say, just consider it, and come up with plans for times when you have to defend yourself and you are not in the ring, in the Octagon, doing Mixed Martial Arts or Boxing.

If you want a real slice of reality, check out ‘Binary Matrixing in the Martial Arts.’

And, if you want real training for reality, check out ‘Blinding Steel.’

Al Case has been studying martial arts for 50 years.

The Trouble with Rhonda Rousey

Rhonda Rousey on the Ellen Show!

I have always enjoyed watching Rhonda Rousey. Her string of wins left me arm pumping the sky.

But I didn’t always enjoy her sportsmanship. I was put off when she would just glare at her opponents, reuse to bump gloves, and otherwise treated them in a manner most shabby.

Mind you, some trash talk is good. Some trash talk is nothing more than showmanship, brings in the customers. But Rhonda’s trash talk, her general attitude, was not.

The other day Rhonda went on the Ellen Show, and there proceeded to emotionalize in a terrible manner.

Yes, feeling bad over a loss is understandable. But threatening suicide?

And this unpleasant show of emotion had me considering her fight with Holly Holm once again.

Rhonda walked into punches, which, on the Ellen Show, she claimed had her feeling like she wasn’t there. And behind this tirade was the feeling that Rhonda felt it wasn’t fair.

It wasn’t fair that she got hit. It wasn’t fair that she didn’t feel good after being hit.

And, to top it off, she made a statement to the effect of: ‘I’m not making excuses.’

But she was! Everything she was saying was an excuse, and a display of emotionalism and bad sportsmanship.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Rhonda, I am anticipating her next fight. I want to see a comeback.

But I want to see a comeback with maturity, with a new attitude, with the idea that all fighters deserve respect.

If Rhonda does that, then perhaps she will deserve to win again.

How to Have Real Martial Arts Revenge

Newsletter 786
Revenge…Martial Arts Style

Good Evening!
Feel tired after a long day’s work?
Go stand in the ready stance.
Don’t burst into motion,
just wait.
Let your body fall into the first move.
then the second.
Soon you will be working out full bore,
and feeling tremendous amounts of energy.
Just don’t push it…
let it happen.

Okey dokey!
I was talking with a fellow this past week end,
and an interesting subject came up.
Revenge.

I don’t know why.
We were just talking,
and then…revenge.

Now revenge is very over rated.
if you want revenge,
then you have already lost.
Already been beaten.
So get over it.

But,
that said,
if you are the kind of fellow
who dwells obsessively
on all the things that people have done to you…
the best cure is hard work,
attention to details,
and dedicating yourself to the goal.
In this case,
the goal of revenge.
Of beating him.
Of teaching him a lesson.

And that brings us to an interesting saying.

‘Revenge is a dish best served cold.’

You probably heard it in a Steven Seagal movie,
‘Hard to Kill,’
I believe is the name.
The one where he goes through a seven year coma
only to wake up and kick ass,
and have revenge.

So this old saying an oriental saying and…
except it is not oriental.
Do a google,
and you’ll find it is French!

That’s right.
French.
And,
there is some argument
as to which novel it appeared in first.

But,
it sounds oriental.
It sounds like them evil slant eyes
with their insidious plots,
said it.

I mean,
it even sounds sort of…zen!

But…
French.

But here is the trick,
it doesn’t really mean what you think it means.

Everybody think it means you take twenty years
craft a glorious payback,
and laugh evilly over the dying foe.

Nope.
That’s downright silly.
It’s silly because
in 20 years a lot can happen.
The guy might die.
Your plan might fail.
You might evolve and realize that he was right to win,
and he isn’t such a bad guy.

But assuming he is a villain of Darth Vader’s stature…
why would you want him to enjoy himself for 20 years?
I mean,
get your revenge and get it while the getting is good!
Right?

So here is what the saying REALLY means.
Mind you,
this really is going to be zen.

Served cold refers to having a calm state of mind.

If you laugh maniacally
as he lays dying,
then you have become him.
You have become the evil.
And where is the enjoyment,
when the mind is fevered?
You aren’t enjoying,
you are giving in to your own base urges.
But,
if you can have a calm mind,
then you have beaten him,
not just with your revenge,
but you have ‘out-evolved’ him.

So,
don’t wait,
get your revenge as quick as you can,
but cool your mind down
so you can actually enjoy yourself.

Of course,
as for myself,
I think I would rather dedicate myself to training
before I lost,
before I ever needed a revenge.
Win the first time.
That’s the real key.

Have a great work out
and

Zombie Loops and the Martial Arts

Martial Arts Spirit Revealed

Good evening!
Heck,
great evening!
And have a great late night work out.
When everybody is asleep,
go out in the middle of the street,
or the field,
or whatever,
and feel the silence.
And let your emotion fill the silence.
All of it,
all the way to the moon.

I got in a discussion the other day,
with a very smart fellow.
He was telling me about these things,
I think he called them ‘zombie loops.’
Zombie loops are memories,
that condense in the brain,
or condense the mind,
or something,
so you can break through to true artistry.

The problem was,
he was telling me
that zombie loops are the result of meat,
and the body is meat,
and inspiration is meat,
and spirit is the imagination of the meat body,
and when you die
there is nothing more.

Pretty grim.

So I told him he was wrong.
I asked him who was looking through his eyes,
I told him that this was awareness,
that it couldn’t be measured,
and it was spirit,
that he was a spirit,
an ‘I am.’

But he was solid.
He believed in zombie loops,
and art as a manifestation of meat.

Weird,
eh?

So we argued,
and discussed,
and I couldn’t convince him,
and the reason was simple:
he had never done the martial arts.
He had never stared at a man on the mat,
watched the eyes
until he could see the thought behind the action.
He had never sweated himself
beyond what he thought he could accomplish.
He had never experienced
himself.

Himself apart from his body,
as an awareness that is not the eyes,
but looks through the eyes.

He was spiritually void.

And it really is a shame.

These people who believe in science,
to the exclusion of the spirit,
you have to ask yourself…’why?’

Why can’t they understand spirit?
And belief and imagination
and all of that sort of thing?

Instead,
they use their imagination
to conjure reasons and belief systems,
as to why man has no soul,
thus negating themselves.

That all said,
I thank all you martial artists out there.

Thanks for being part of something
that enhances the human spirit,
improves the spirit,
addresses the soul.

Thanks for being artists.
Thanks for delving into the discipline
until you find yourself.

Thanks.

Now,
a couple of words…

I haven’t been sending out newsletters
because I’ve been working so much.
When I came down from Monkeyland
I had to start everything over.
No job,
no place to live,
had to start from scratch.

So I’m pretty busy.

And,
second thing,
new book is almost out.
‘How to Matrix the Martial Arts…
and the Universe and Life and Everything!’

It is a recounting of the exact method I use to matrix.

I’ve told people,
over the years,
that I really wanted to sum up
the matrixing science and experience.
And this is the closest I’ve come.

You’ll have seen parts of this book here and there,
in some of the courses,
but this is more,
this is the whole thing,
and you’ll understand more about how
the courses are arranged and why,
and you’ll see the exact mathematics I use,
and the exact geometry I use.
So stand by,
I’m doing the final few readings,
working on the graphics,
and it should be ready in a week or two.
Cross your fingers.

Now,
again,
thanks.
And here’s the link for a list of my books.
Check it out,
see what you don’t have,
see what grabs you,
and check them out on this page,
which will likely put you through to Amazon,
which has more info on them.

Now,
have a fantastic work out!

How Neutronics Works in the Martial Arts

Newsletter 765
How Neutronics Works in the Martial Arts

Happy June Gloom Work Out!
Here in Los Angeles it gets foggy and misty,
very un-summerlike,
but it is a breath of coolness
time to work out,
because it is going to be hotter than the devil’s zipper
in a short while.

Okay,
this newsletter courtesy of Rick T.,
a master instructor,
one of my original students from way back when.
Actually,
about 1984,
if I recall correctly.

Rick told me to shut up and talk about Neutronics.
He says I always back off,
and I do.
The reason I back off is because most people
need the discipline of the martial arts
for this stuff to make sense and work.

If you don’t have some kind of discipline,
it just rolls off,
becomes meaningless words.
Say three hail mary’s and call me in the morning
type of stuff.

If you do have discipline,
the world opens up.
Words open a reality unbelievable,
and the universe becomes simple dimple.
Anything you want you can have.
You know the truth.
And the only thing stopping you is you.

Neutronics is the study of you.
You find you by finding the motionlessness inside the motion.
By finding the awareness that is you
that causes all motion.

I remember one fellow who had lots of experience,
and he wrote back after doing Neutronics,
that he couldn’t stop thinking about motors and the universe
and how it all worked.
He was awake,
galvanized,
totally different,
and couldn’t stop.

And so many people get nothing.
No discipline,
or the discipline they had
was not matrixed,
not focused,
just a general mish mash of physical work out
without the awareness being engaged.

So let me tell you one simple thing
as to how I use Neutronics.
This is REALLY simple,
but has immense effect,
once you understand it,
and can use it.

Aggression.
There isn’t a person among us
who hasn’t experienced somebody coming towards them.
Displaying hostility,
even an outright threat.

Maybe it’s a boss who got up
on the wrong side of bed.
Maybe it is a mate
and you left the lid up.

Maybe it is a drunk,
enraged because he thinks you’re someone he knew
ten years ago,
and is still pissed at.
Aggression.
So what do you do?
How do you handle it Neutronically?

Here is the simple,
one sentence response,
which pulls the plug,
and puts you TOTALLY in control.

You simply say the following phrase:

‘You’re coming towards me.’

This is a shocker,
takes the juice out of him,
and of the situation.

Or it doesn’t,
and you now know you have to strike first,
or at least reposition yourself.

Here’s why this works…

The universe is filled with objects,
these objects have a direction
The direction is flow.
If an object collides with other objects,
you have force.
So all there is in the universe
is force and flow.
And to handle the universe
all you have to do is handle force and flow.
Or flow,
so that any force that happens,
is as you want it.

When you tell a person he is coming towards you,
he is suddenly spotlighted.
All attacks will be fruitless.
He can’t get close.
He can’t sneak punch.
He can’t chest bump you.
He is spotted,
his trajectory is plotted,
and his aggression is notted.

Now,
if he keeps coming,
if he doesn’t care that he is illuminated,
then his insanity is on display,
and you can consider that he means you harm.
You can side step.
You can,
if the situation is dire,
hit him first.
After all,
you are sane,
he is not,
so who should survive?
You.

You,
brother,
and I mean it.

Now,
there is a LOT more to it than this.
This is just the sneak peak.
The heads up,
something you can use and verify.

BUT,
it won’t work if you don’t have the discipline.
See,
here’s a trick,
you have to tell the bozo who is coming at you
without your voice going in any direction.
You must not have emotion.
You must not lean away or towards him,
or even be side stepping.
And this is incredibly hard to do.
It is easy when you have a real black belt,
especially one backed up by matrixing.

But if your art is tilted and slanted,
skewed by power or money
or any kind of belief system,
it won’t work.
It might even make the situation worse.

But if you do have matrixed discipline,
then it works,
and every time.

When it works the situation always devolves into talk.
But that’s okay.
You talk,
he talks,
and aggression disappears.

And,
beyond this,
I’ve written a half a dozen books on Neutronics,
giving principles and examples,
explaining how things like motors work
and what are the three parts of the universe
and so on and so on.

By itself,
nothing but words.
With Matrixed discipline,
as in the martial arts,
it totally changes you.
And if it doesn’t change you,
you simply need more matrixing,
more martial arts.

Okay,
here is the URL

http://churchofmartialarts.com

If you like what I’ve said here,
if you get some of the books
and like them,
tell me,
hit the like button,
I’ll write more.

If nobody says anything,
it all just goes into the sunset,
sinks into the waves,
to await a day when people are more disciplined,
are ready to realize their true potential,
are ready to be able to do anything they want.

Now,
have a GREAT work out!

To Understand the Martial Arts

Newsletter 763
To Understand the Martial Arts

Happy June!
Perfect month for working out!
All you guys and gals out for the summer,
have you set your goal?
Do you know what martial art
you want to learn this summer?

master yoga

hard martial arts workout

This guy understood Zen!

Okay,
there was a question I read
on a forum the other day,
the question was
what martial arts book is the best?
Interesting question.
What was more interesting
was that people didn’t understand it.

There were a few answers,
no matrixing books,
unfortunately,
but that will eventually happen.

The Book of Five Rings was there.
Moving Zen was there,
but that was as close as they got.
And at the bottom of the scroll was the most amazing comment.
‘I don’t underestand.’

That was it.
I don’t understand,
and therein lies the problem of mankind.

When I don’t understand something,
I usually go out and find some written material,
find out what it is about.
So here is a guy who studies martial arts,
doesn’t understand.
So he doesn’t read books,
doesn’t know the relationship of zen and Tao and all that,
to the martial arts.
Really doesn’t understand
that an art is the manifestation of spirit.
He just goes along,
day after day,
monkey see monkey do.

What is the value of his life?

Does he just drink beer and think the stars are cool?
Does he even know where he is going?
For that matter,
does he even know that he is?
What is the point of his life?

Without understanding,
what is the point of anything?
Might just as well be a monkey,
swinging from tree to tree.

I remember reading ‘Zen Flesh, Zen Bones,’
and being so totally away,
lightening in the skies,
you know?

And when I read these books,
I somehow tapped into more resources.
I had more energy.
I had the idea
that if i could master myself,
if I could control myself,
I could find out the truth.

And here’s a guy,
might even be a black belt,
for all I know,
and he doesn’t understand.

Mind you,
there’s nothing wrong with not understanding,
but there is something wrong,
if he doesn’t want to solve it,
doesn’t want to find understanding.

No understanding and you are pavlov’s dog,
drooling on command,
buying what the advertisers want you to buy,
accepting what the government says,
never objecting,
just nodding and…and drooling.

Ah, well.
I’m probably preaching to the choir here.
If you guys ordered any matrix courses,
then you wanted to understand the martial arts.

Of course,
the real shame of it,
is when some guy thinks he understands,
thinks he knows what I’m saying,
and hasn’t done a matrix course.
Then he’s just delusional.

So,
not sure where to go with this rant,
I was just so blown away,
hate to give anybody a bummer,
but the real solution,
is to find out.
To get a little light in your skull,
to read,
to work out and figure out
the relationship between reading and working out.
To find understanding
for what it is you are really doing in the martial arts.

To find the mystery of Chi
to cement your understanding of history
to collect ‘volumes’ of forms and styles,
to be quite and incisive in your thinking.

And that’s all pretty easy if you matrix.

Have you taken a look at:
Matrixing: the Master Text?

You should.
It has all the data on matrixing.
It has matrixes I for the various arts,
taken from the various courses.
It shows you the complete geography of the MartialArts,
and how I figured it out.

One thing is sure,
if you read
Matrixing: The Master Text,
you will understand.

You will understand the martial arts
better than all the people
who have not matrixed.

Makes you the great master,
you know?

Good evening!
Rainy and cold,

really warm me up!
Isn’t life great?
Great work outs equal a great life!

Got a great quiz for you.

then come back.

If you don’t like the results,

See you in a while…

kenpo karate

Fascinating book on how to align keno and make it more powerful.

Welcome back.
How’d you do?
On the first quiz I got 44%
On the second I got 36%
So average of 40% capable of killing people.
Hmmm.
I guess that doesn’t make me too balanced.
But that’s okay.
As long as I take my meds and…
just joking.
I don’t like pills.
At all.

Anyway,
I found the quizzes interesting.
I study the martial arts,
it’s all about killing.
I had to think long and hard
about some of the questions,
after all,
if I’m practicing a technique where I rip somebody’s head off…
isn’t that thinking about murder?
Hmmm.

Which brings us to an interesting point.
the martial arts are,
by and large,
a fantasy.
Of all the people I know who know martial arts,
probably one in a hundred ever got in a fight.
They all got calmer, smarter,
were in better shape,
were nicer people.

And,
I haven’t been in a fight since high school.
that’s a long time.

So we come to the crux of it all.

It’s not wrong to be capable,
I would count that as a gained ability.
That’s why you are studying.
But,
it’s probably wrong to act on those impulses,
and I would say that martial artists are much more capable,
but much less willing to act on impulse.
Sort of turns that bad feeling you get
from being so capable and efficient and all,
into a nice feeling.

Yeah.
You know martial arts,
and you can hurt people,
but because you understand the consequences of hurting people,
you are more careful not to.

Heck,
and you thought you’d done badly.
Silly you.

Now,
want to know the art that I do,
that would probably result
in the most damage to somebody?
That would really hurt them?
Tai Chi.

Yeah,
that slow stuff.
Loosey goosey slow as molasses.
Much deadlier than Karate.
Maybe not as deadly as Blinding Steel,
but Blinding steel uses weapons.

Anyway,
want to hear about a weird fight?
The guy who got me into the Kang Duk Won,
his brother was a Hell’s Angel
who also studied Karate at the Kang Duk Won.
Don’t be so surprised,
there were a lot of bikers there.

So this brother,
T I’ll call him,
got in an argument with the head of the school,
Bob Babich.
One of T’s favorite weapons
was a primary chain off a motorcycle.
I don’t know what kind of motorcycle,
but T could wrap it around his waist
and pull it out in a fight.
He could swing it and it would wrap around,
or he could turn it 90 degrees,
and it was like an iron bar.

So T told Bob he couldn’t beat a guy
armed with a primary chain.
Bob said he could.
T said he couldn’t.
Bob told him to try it.
T pulled out the chain,
flicked it through the air.
Bob stepped back and let it pass,
and it cut him above the eye,
a thin, little slit that hardly bled.
Then Bob stepped in after the chain
and touched T’s eyeball.
Didn’t strike,
just touched.
T dropped the chain,
end of fight.

The funny thing here
is that T was a killer.
Certified.
Bob was a martial artist.
Bob was more capable of killing,
but he knew the consequences,
and he was careful not to kill.

True story.

Okay,
enough bushwah.
Time to work out a bit more.

Surviving Ten Seconds and Beyond

Surviving Worse than Zombies with Martial Arts!

Want to know one of the best books in the world
for home defense?
For basic strategizing?
For opening up the mind to combat possibilities,
for handling everything from mobs to global conflicts?

The Zombie Survival Guide.

New book about Bruce Lee!

martial arts

Be silent, my friend, and hear yourself think…

It’s true.
The guy who wrote it
is actually responsible for
‘World War Z’
So you know he’s telling the truth,
right?

Seriously,
the book goes into how to zombie proof your home,
which is good for forestalling mobs,
personal tactics (take off the head)
and generally preparing yourself
for when the world falls apart.

The book is very similar to
The Boy Scout Manual,
or the Army Ranger Handbook.

Got lots of things in it.

The thing that made me think about this
is that a fellow emailed me,
asked my opinion on various things,
such as the end of the world.

The end of the world is an interesting topic.
Volcano?
EMP attack?
California falling into the ocean.
(Not a bad thing)
and so on.

But here’s something I realized,
the world can end at any time,
for anyone,
on a personal level.
Heck,
you don’t have to wait for the government to sell us out,
the dollar to go bad,
the Chinese to buy McDonalds…
it can end tomorrow with a mugging,
a fender bender that escalates,
a cop on the wrong side of bed.

And that’s when that fifteen years of training
turns into 10 seconds of survival.

Now,
most of the guys reading this,
they are active in the martial arts,
but there are a few who aren’t…
and who should be.

You make sure your car is running smooth,
the engine isn’t pinging,
the tires aren’t bald,
because those things can interrupt your life.
Well,
martial arts training can save your life.

And even if you don’t use them,
you will use the health benefits,
the calm of mind benefits,
you will live longer,
just like Mom.

So,
check out the Zombie Survival Guide.
AND,
while you’re at it,
go here…

http://monstermartialarts.com/martial-arts/3a-blinding-steel-matrixing-weapons/

This is how to make anything a weapon,
how to translate weapons to empty hands to throws,
how to be the one alive
when somebody as stupid as a zombie
decides he should live and you shouldn’t.

Have yourself a great work out!
